I began 2019 with setting the intention of being more mindful of setting intention in everything I do. I had no idea where setting that intention would lead me. Ironically, I began my spiritual journey quite unintentionally the year prior. In the midst of a Mercury in retrograde, I had run into 11 men from my past in a matter of 3 weeks. Long story short, I discovered the Universe was talking to me. Though, at the time, I was too wounded and frenzied to decipher the message clearly. Fortunately, by the end of that cycle, I found myself having transformed from a shaken, tormented wounded little girl still very much attached to her past and terrified of stepping outside of her door, to an excited, inspired woman eager to test her limits, lean into the unknown, and explore her innermost feelings. I had no idea how that three week period of chance encounters would change my life forever. One step lead to another, and I found myself connecting with people who had similar experiences of making it through to the other side of life’s curveballs with a shift in perspective. In the exchange of our stories, came healing and love. 2018 was a powerful year, to say the least.

One of the greatest gifts I’d received was grounding. I formed a daily practice of grounding, which helped me tremendously in deepening my spiritual practice and seeing the world in a whole new way. All of a sudden, I had gratitude for things I had gone my entire life taking for granted and before I knew it, those gnawing feelings of lack, fear, and inadequacy had disappeared. Through grounding, I found self-love and my worth.

Healing my relationship with myself has allowed me the freedom and empowerment to tap into and explore my divine gifts such as honing my intuition, setting intentions, manifesting, tarot, and candle making.

From as early as I can remember, I’ve had the gift of being able to speak things into existence. Prior to my expansion of consciousness, I assumed it was luck or coincidence. I now realize when our intentions are in alignment with our highest good, they have to come true, as long as we set the intention and are open to receiving the blessings the Universe has for us. My self-work, healing, and lots of research lead me to creating oils to aid me in manifesting my heart’s desires. I infuse a base oil with organic food-grade herbs and essential oils, then leave them to rest for one moon cycle. It’s all very sacred and dear to my heart. My work with these oils birthed my intentional candles. I infuse my candles with intention, intentional oil, and charged crystals. The energy of the crystals works in collaboration with the energy of the herbs to call in the intention of the candle. This is my way of literally sharing my light with the world.
