The painting is beautiful and its a peaceful bird to look at when not in use. When in use, the spiral bound pages are fine heavy stock and lined, perfect for your choice of use. I gave an entire set to my Yoga teacher to keep her private instructions in. A very special artist, and a wonderful 'find' for me.
