CUSTOM ORDERS:
- You may cancel custom orders within 2 days from order date & receive a 50% refund.
- We can no longer cancel orders after 2 days due to materials, time and labor already put into the product. We will ship the items as initially agreed.

RETURNS:
- All sales are considered final. We will accept returns for a refund on custom orders for issues that involve errors on our shop's end. Proof is needed for documentation purposes.

All items require full payment prior shipping. Full payment includes shipping costs.

ON-HAND items (ready to ship goodies) will be processed the next day after the cut-off time, and will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing.

• 1 to 5 Pieces : 5-7 business days
• 6 to 15 pieces : 7-15 business days

✿ CUT-OFF TIME for ORDERS ✿
• Monday - Friday : 4pm Central Time (-6 GMT/UTC)
• Saturday - Sunday : SUNDAY 4pm Central Time (-6 GMT/UTC)

For example, if you placed your order on Friday at 4:01pm Central Time, we will process your orders on Sunday and will ship Mon/Tue. If you placed your order on Saturday (any time), your orders will be processed on Sunday and ship on Mon/Tue. Orders placed on Sunday 4:01pm Central Time will be processed on Monday and will ship Tue/Wed.


✿ SHIPPING FEES ✿
Shipping labels are printed via Etsy. We will use the one you used during check out. Please let us know within 4 hours if you wish to change your shipping address. If you're past the 4-hour period, don't hesitate to contact us and let's see if your item hasn't been scheduled for pickup so we can discuss your request.


✿ SHIPPING METHOD ✿
Our default method of shipping is USPS First Class Mail. You can upgrade if your location is eligible (can be checked during checkout)


✿ LOST PACKAGES ✿
All our packages are shipped with tracking number. If lost or missing, this has to be coordinated with the chosen shipping provider (such as USPS). We will an official police report in order to file a claim.


✿ CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ✿
Kindly take note of your country's tax rules and regulations. You may be asked for additional fees but these are no longer within the our or Etsy's control.
