Worldwide I accept PayPal payment.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail and I aim to dispatch within 3 days of payment being received. If there is going to be a delay , due to me being away from home I will let you know by convo. If it is a custom size then please allow an extra 7 days before dispatch. I will notify you when the item has been sent.

I ship to the address on the Paypal checkout. Please let me know if this address differs from your Etsy address.

If the item is a gift I am happy to ship to the recipient and also include a little note on your behalf. Please indicate this and the message you would like in the "notes to seller " when you place your order.

Packaging - All items will be mailed in a board backed photo mailer, with additional cardboard protection inside. Where possible I do try to use recycled packaging. The print itself will be inside a protective sellophane bag.

To My International Customers:
I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Rhiannon Connelly/ Starrybluesky is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

All work is produced or packaged in my smoke and pet free studio.
