My hectic world...

I love my hectic world. I've always been creative and love working with my hands. I've never been one to just sit around. Luckily my family has learned to deal with me always "working" on something. I enjoy traveling with my Tennessee Walking Horses to show and always have something with me to create during my down time.

I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I do.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
No refunds on printed or Epatterns or any type of digital downloads or Custom or personalized orders.

Refunds only on finished goods if they are not as described and request for refund must be made within 5 days of receipt and refund cannot include a refund of shipping costs. Item must also be in the same condition as when sold. Insurance recommended on finished goods as seller can't be responsible for shipping damage if not insured. If requesting insurance, please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.

We accept Pay-pal and most major credit cards. We also accept Etsy gift cards. WE DO SHIP WORLDWIDE. Presently, we are converting to the Worldwide Calculated postage rates. Please email me prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding shipping. Thank you.
We usually ship priority mail via the USPS. However, there may be an instance where we need to use another shipper based on weight/cost ratio. Should the shipping calculator over-charge for shipping (which tends to occur when multiple items are purchased), please rest assured we will refund any shipping overage in excess of $1.00.

All purchases that are shipped via USPS will have delivery confirmation. All delivery guidelines obtained from the USPS website are an estimated delivery time, not a guarantee. High volume, holidays, and bad weather are factors which can alter delivery time given. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also recommend insurance on packages so that is they arrive damaged, you can do a claim with your post office. Most packages do come with some insurance, so please check with us if you have a question. We will not refund money due to lost, stolen or damaged packages. You will have to file a claim with your local post office to get a refund if insurance was purchased.

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, after payment is cleared. All hand-dyed and/or crinkle ribbon is dyed/crinkled after an order is placed and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. An email notification will be sent to you letting you know your item shipped along with a tracking number so you can follow it to its destination.

We do ship internationally, however please contact us prior to purchase for a shipping quote should you have any questions or difficulties with the calculated shipping rates.
