The StarShine Company may sound big but we are family owned and operated in the beautiful city of Madison, Wisconsin. We are dedicated to providing quality home and personal scenting products. We are obsessed with all the wonderful smells of the world and how they affect a person. Scents are powerful enough to change ones mood, relax, revitalize or just remind you of a certain time or place that brings you comfort.

Our products are alcohol free, NEVER tested on animals, fully tested by humans, made in sanitary environment and dye free. If we wouldn't use it, we won't sell it. We use the finest quality ingredients available to create our products from scratch for you.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME - Average of 3-5 *business* days. Large Incense orders may take longer.

RUSH Orders are subject to additional fees. Please see below, 'Rush Orders' in the 'Shipping' section.

INCENSE INFO - Incense can be made into Stick or Cone. Let us know in the cart notes which you prefer, if cart notes do not indicate preference, Incense will be made in whichever the listing specifies.

My incense will put any store bought incense to shame! My unique Hand-Dipping process can take up to 5 days for the incense to be soaked, dried and shipped so if you are ordering incense please allow 5-7 days for the incense to leave our hands. But it'll be worth the wait! It's made using the purest and strongest, top-of-the-line fragrances available and made fresh to order, every time.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us before leaving feedback. We truly value our customers because without you The StarShine Company would not be possible!
At this time we only accept PayPal. It's easy to use and you don't need to sign up for an account. You can safely use your credit card to pay for your purchases using PayPal.

WE SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS FOR OUR PROTECTION AND YOURS! If your address here at Etsy does not match the one you have at PayPal please let us know as soon as possible which address you want us to mail your package to. This will avoid delays.

We will try to contact you to confirm the address. If we do not hear back from you, within approximately 5 business days, we will ship to your PayPal address, so please make sure to keep your PayPal address current or let us know right away where you want your package sent to.

NOTE: We are a registered business in the state of Wisconsin. Sorry Wisconsin customers, you will be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING - We ship 3 times a week, so most items although everything is made fresh to your order, usually ship within 3-5 *business* days, excluding our Hand Dipped Incense which can take 3-7 *business* days. Shipping times are estimates, we will always do our best to get your items out to you as soon as possible.

Insurance available at the customers expense. Recommended on packages over $20.00 and those being sent First Class. This is not required, just recommended for our US customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - International shipments are made 1-2 times per week and are sent via USPS First Class mail. Please be aware of your countries restrictions! Do not place an order if our items cannot ship to your country due to USPS shipping restrictions! We will not be able to return funds for items purchased that are not allowed in your country. The buyer is also responsible for any fees or taxes their country may charge on the shipment. In most cases, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship items that do not make it to their destination for First Class International Mail, but please do contact us if your package appears to be lost or missing (see "Lost Packages" below).

We highly recommend all International customers purchase insurance for packages with a total cost of $25.00 or more for an additional $1.30.

RUSH ORDERS - Due to the fact that our Hand Dipped Incense needs a minimum of 48 hours to soak, dry and be bagged, we cannot rush these orders more than 2 business days. Large Incense Orders cannot be rushed at anytime. Other items can be rushed within 24 hours. All 'rush' orders are subject to an additional fee, PLUS any upgrade to Shipping & Handling you may choose to make. Please make orders well in advance of the date you need them by as every item we make is made at the time of your order. We do not stock a large inventory of pre-made items. We pride ourselves on the freshness of our items.

LOST PACKAGES - Sometimes it happens and we understand your frustration but from time to time packages get lost or rerouted and they get delayed. Please allow at least 15 business days (3 weeks) for your package(s) to arrive if you are in the USA. Please allow 30 business days (6 weeks) for International packages. When this time has elapsed please contact us immediately. You MUST contact us within 45 Calendar days of your initial purchase. However, If delivery confirmation (if applicable) shows the package was delivered we will not be able to issue a refund or replace the item. Please check with your local Post Office and mail carrier for more information.

*NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!* Under no circumstances will we falsify any document, including but not limited to customs forms. All values, descriptions, etc. will be accurate to the best of our knowledge. Again, the customer is also responsible for paying any taxes or other fees associated with their package.

We are not currently open to trades.
2. Do you offer free samples I can try before I buy?
No, sorry. We are a small business and cannot afford to give away free items. However, from time to time we will include freebies along with your purchase.
3. Do you wholesale?
Sure do! However, we do have a minimum order. Please send a convo for details!
