Frequently asked questions
How do I download my file?
You can find your download under your Account and then under “Purchases and Reviews.” You will also receive an e-mail with a download notification.
How do I use my file?
Most files are compressed and need to be unzipped after downloading. After you unzip, open the appropriate folder if there is one, and choose the proper file extension.
I do not see an SVG file
If you unzipped your design and you do not see an SVG format file, most likely your computer can not read the format so you may see an internet browser logo. This is the SVG file. You will want to open your cutting program first and then upload those files that are showing up as an internet browser icon or that has a .svg file format.
Are Fonts included with Digital files?
No, fonts are not included with digital download files.
The following items cannot be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Conditions of returns.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cricut Design Space Unsupported Image Items
Some .SVG and .DXF design files may include clipping paths and pattern fills which are not supported by cricut design space. Please refer to the following Cricut Design Space help guide for assistance on how to fix the issue.
We provide a variety of file formats as an alternative for cutting the design.
