If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us as soon as possible after you've received your order so that we can work to make things right. Occasionally things go wrong, and an item may be damaged in transit. If this happens, all we require is a picture of the item, and then we'll send you a brand new one to replace it.....that's all it takes!

If for any reason you need to return your order, you will be responsible for returning items in their original condition, as well as for the return shipping costs to us. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (a PayPal account is not required in this case).

We currently ship all orders via USPS.

* Most items are shipped Priority Mail 1-2 day delivery. Standard post (3-7 days) is used for shipping State Heart Magnets in order to keep your shipping fee as low as possible. However, you may request Priority Mail shipping for your magnets if so desired.

* Expedited shipping is always an option for any order. If you would like this service, please send us a message BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We will be happy to set up custom listing for you to revise the price.

* Addresses - All orders are shipped to the Etsy address provided. Please be
sure to double check that the address you provide is correct. If you
need your package to be sent to a different address than what was
entered at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible so
we can make the correct changes to the order.


* Shipping Times - Shipping times may vary based on several factors. All of our
artwork is MADE TO ORDER, so we have it listed that production
time is generally 5-7 days before it is finished and packaged for
delivery. We do our best to complete all orders in a timely manner
without sacrificing quality and safety. If there is any reason we
feel the production time may need to be extended due to
unforseen circumstances (equipment malfunction,
illness, seasonal sales), we will do our best to notify you
either by convo or email. We will also do our best to keep
everyone up to date on any changing production times via
social media (follow us on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
for updates).

* Packaging - All orders (excluding magnets) are shipped in official USPS
shipping boxes and/or padded envelopes unless otherwise requested.


PLEASE NOTE:

* Delivery standards to ALL destinations are estimates, NOT guarantees. Sometimes it may be less, or it might take a few more days due to many different reasons (border/customs, world events, holidays, weather, etc.). If you have a firm "need-by"date, always message us BEFORE placing your order.

* Shipping does not include insurance (otherwise it's indicated into the listing). If you would like faster shipping, tracking or insurance, let us know and we'll give you an estimate.

* We cannot be responsible for lost item due to a wrong address given by the customer or USPS error. Please, make sure your shipping address is correct.

Damaged Items - We always carefully package each item out. With that said, unfortunately once it leaves our possession it becomes the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service to deliver it safely and on time.

International Shipping - We currently only ship to the United States, but we're
working on changing that REAL SOON!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: "Is every state actually handmade?"
A: YES, absolutely! Every piece is handcut and painted by us at home. We work hard
to try and make everything as uniform as possible, but slight variations in wood,
texture, heart shape, and paint sheen can, and do occur sometimes. In the end,
we never let anything leave our house that we wouldn't put on our own walls.......
except maybe the FSU and Duke ones. Just kidding. ;-)

Q: "Is the wood you use suitable for outdoor display?"
A: No. While the front side of each wooden state is sprayed with a layer of clear
satin protection, the piece is not recommended for exterior use. They were
specifically designed and created for indoor display only.

Q: "Can you make custom State Hearts for my son/daugther's high school team?"
A: The simple answer is YES. We will do custom orders for any local high school
team. However, there is a one time add-on fee of $15 for each new team
State Heart you request (the fee will be waived if 10 or more pieces are ordered
together as a "group buy" from your school). The reason for the extra fee is that
we need to custom match your team's exact colors, and that requires a few
things which we'll need to work together on.

Q: "I don't see my favorite team. Are you gonna sell it in the future?"
A: YES, definitely!! If you don't currently see your favorite team in our store, trust
us, we're working had to change that! In fact, our goal is to offer every single
college and/or professional team for every sport in the world!

Our advice is to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates on newly
added teams.....and we'll definitely be working hard to do that as
consistently as possible. Feel free to drop in and make suggestions,
post pictures of items you may have already purchased from us, or just have
fun talking sports with like-minded fanatics!
