I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
A great amount of care and attention to detail is put into all of my products. Due to the personalized nature of my products, refunds are not accepted. EXCEPT in the event that an error is made on my part. In this case a full refund will be provided.

If you are given a digital proof for a personalized item, like an address or business card stamp, then change your mind about your purchase, I will refund the amount of the purchase minus $25.00 for the time I have put into creating the proof and digital proof itself I have sent you.

You, the buyer, will be given the unlimited opportunities to proof and provide approval of all personalized items before they sent to print. Therefore, if an error is spotted after buyer approval and the product has been shipped, the buyer will remain responsible for the product and a refund will not be issued.

Please contact me with any concerns immediately, and I will promptly assist you.
Payment
I accept all payments through PayPal.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 3 - 6 days for delivery. Check my shop announcements for holidays, vacations, etc. that may delay order shipping.

If you need expedited shipping, send me your zip code and i'll email you alternative shipping options.

I ship to the address listed on your Etsy order. If you need it shipped to another address just let me know.

The cost of shipping includes packaging materials. I will package your order with the utmost care.

If you are buying from outside of the United States, your package may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties (especially if you are ordering from the United Kingdom). You can learn more about Customs Fees here... https://www.etsy.com/help/article/5023

I cannot and will not ship your items "as a gift" to avoid customs charges. It is illegal.
Additional policies and FAQs
Each item in my shop is handmade and printed by me, I do not out source (with the exception of photo card printing). I cut and fold each card by hand so it is possible to find some minor imperfections and/or variations. That's the beauty of buying handmade!
