We work on everything in the order as they are received. Please keep in mind our estimated times do not include any delays that may happen within the United States Postal Service (USPS), holiday closures and COVID-19 delays.

All orders will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking details can also be found in your Etsy account’s purchase history. Orders are picked up by our local postal worker each day after 5:00 p.m. EST. If you receive an email after 4:30 p.m., then your order may be picked up the following business day.
We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address or if your package is lost by the post office or stolen.

Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
We cut the our headbands at 18” to 21”long to fit around x-small to large heads. They are sized to fit kids, teens and adults.
The most popular adult size is a MEDIUM.
Headbands stretch an additional 2" for a comfortable fit.
Measure your head following your hairline around your forehead and back to the base of the skull and back around.
Need a different size? Send us a message through Etsy if you need the band shorter or longer.
Scrunchies fit 2-3 times around a ponytail and feel comfortable on most wrists.
Care instructions
Headbands are best washed by hand or place within a mesh bag. Tumble or air dry.

All items are curated and created in Ohio. We sell at a local boutiques and are open to expanding!
In 2022, Stay Kool Bands are available at shops in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana.
Special patterns, personalization and/or unique colors
We can print on demand. Headbands and scrunchies can be printed in-house with a special pattern or personalization.
Most of our fabric is NOT on our Etsy shop! We have many more patterns and solids in our private storage.
