Welcome to our little studio!

Stay Magical Studios offers made-to-order handmade greeting cards, wedding stationery, calligraphy and handwritten goods! Each piece we make is crafted with love and well wishes.

We are two Vancouver (in beautiful British Columbia, Canada) designers who adores anything paper and handmade. We specialize in custom card orders for just about anything - weddings, engagements, announcements, baby showers, birthdays and anything else you can dream of. You just need to ask! Let us know what you're looking for and we'll try our very best to make it happen.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We provide refunds and exchanges upon the arrival of items in its original conditions. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for any custom or personalized items.
Payment
We currently accept credit card payments, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.

Your order will be processed after payment is processed. Please allow 1-3 days for processing and packing before shipping.
Shipping
We currently ship orders via Canada Post's Lettermail service (which does not include tracking or delivery confirmations).

Canada Post’s estimated delivery schedule is 2-4 business days for within Canada, 4-6 business days for USA and 4-7 business days for international addresses. Please note that this is just a general timeline provided by Canada Post and delivery dates may vary.

We ship to the address that is provided by Etsy. We are not responsible for any lost or undeliverable orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses placed upon checkout. Please also note that buyers are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be applicable.
Additional policies and FAQs
We welcome custom orders for certain items. A reserved listing will be created and will need to be paid before we are able to provide a soft/hardcopy sample. Please allow 2-5 days for us to put together a sample. Production begins upon receiving your confirmation/approval.

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to lighting and also the display of your device. As all our cards are handcrafted, there may be slight variations amongst them.
