Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
That's a great question! Due to most of our orders being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges... unless something doesn't match your request :)
All of our items have the ITEM DIMENSIONS under the details for each listing. :)
Please, always feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order to ensure that it is done correctly and that you'll love it!
Custom and personalized orders
We love to have all orders done properly :)
Please know that if NO name is provided at CHECKOUT under NOTES TO SELLER, and we're not contacted within 5 days from the purchase date, we will send your order WITHOUT a name. :(

Worldwide shipping
To all our foreign customers:
Please be aware that we're not responsible for any custom fees your country may feel the need to apply to your shipped order.
And, we're not responsible for any delays due to international shipping and/or customs.
In some cases it has taken MONTHS before orders arrive...
Every country is different, so please be sure you're familiar with any rules and regulations with customs to be sure your order is good to go :)
Items damaged in transit
We understand some of our items are fragile and must be handled with care when shipped. However, we cannot control the way the parcel is being handled once it leaves our shop :)
We love every item that's sent out, and we do everything possible for the item to arrive to you in a perfect condition.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any damaged and/or broken items due to shipping carriers :)
Items not received
We make sure all of our items make it to the Post Office, since we deliver them there ourselves :)
We understand some parcel may be interrupted due to postal service delays. If your package/order/item hasn't arrived, and the tracking information shows DELIVERED or IN TRANSIT, we suggest you contact your local post office, or Postal Services at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777)
We are not responsible for any lost parcel once it leaves our shop, for me make sure any and all items are properly delivered to the Post Office, and we're not responsible for any mishandling on their end :)
