If you are totally unhappy with your item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it. I will refund your money (minus shipping) or will exchange for a different item of equal value only after receiving the item back from you. You will be responsible for the return shipping payment and arrangement. Items are to be returned in original condition and, if damaged, will negate any refund or exchange.

I always welcome an honest opinion of my work as a way to help me improve my craft. Please contact me directly with any problems before leaving negative feedback on Etsy, and I'll be sure to make things right.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items are shipped USPS Priority (2-3 days- non-insured) except for Professor Alexander's Botanical Vasculum which will ship using USPS Parcel Post (2-9 days). If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority, please contact me immediately. I will then invoice you for the added shipping amount and, after receiving payment, will upgrade your shipment.

I will usually ship your terrarium the day after I receive payment for your order, unless specified otherwise in the item's listing. If you need your terrarium in time for something special, let me know and I will arrange for a different shipping method to get it to you on time.

I make every effort to package your terrarium so that it reaches you in the same condition as it left my studio. Direct contact info is included on the care card if there is obvious damage to the terrarium or shifting of the contents inside. It is important to contact me IMMEDIATELY upon discovering any damage! I will request a photo of the damage emailed to me as proof for my records but will send out a closely matching terrarium if the damage is obviously the fault of the carrier or my packaging.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Although customs regulations in some countries prohibit the import of moss, plants and other organic materials, all of my designs contain dried/preserved moss and have been successfully shipped across some borders. International shipping options are detailed in the shipping section of each item. If your country is not listed, please convo me so that I can check your country's customs regulations.

Because of the fragile nature of these products, items must be shipped separately to my international customers. All items are carefully packaged and double boxed.

International shipping prices are based on Priority Mail International costs (6-10 business days), the most affordable option that provides tracking and indemnity coverage. Priority Mail International will be the usual method used for international shipping, but your shipment can be upgraded to:

- Express Mail International (3-5 business days), quoted on request.

- UPS Worlwide Express (guaranteed 1-2 day delivery), quoted on request.

PLEASE NOTE that international delivery services can not be controlled by my shop. Once shipped, items go through many hands before they reach their final destination. Please understand the risks involved with international shipping to your country and that items may be delayed or held by customs officials.
