- International Customers: We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your orders. We are NOT responsible for lost uninsured packages.
-Please contact us through Etsy convo if you have any questions. All questions will be responded ASAP. If we do not respond your convo for more than 24 hours, please convo us one more time.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If your order is shipped and returned (Cannot be delivered) you will need to pay for the order to be shipped again. If you no longer want the order and if it has been less than 30 days, I will give you a refund of the original order minus shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please let me know if your order hasn't arrived within 45 days. No refund is given after 45 days of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE:
The gas masks and respirators are made out of rubber and do have a slight odor. If you are allergic to rubber or are sensitive to odors, I ask that you DO NOT purchase the gas masks or respirators.
No Refund is issued on gas masks and respirators because they have to be disposed of and cannot be resold due to them being worn over the mouth.

If you're paying with an e-check, please note that I do not start work on the order until the e-check is cleared.
Shipping
SHIP TIMES ARE LONGER DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASONS (OCTOBER-DECEMBER). Be sure to order earlier than expected. If you need something quickly, please convo me and I'll do my best to help.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders are shipped USPS First Class. The USPS DOES NOT issue tracking numbers for international shipping. So I strongly advise all international customers to purchase insurance. Please convo me for a quote on insurance. Once your order leaves my hands, I am not liable for loss ,theft, damage or any delay during shipping time.
NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Additional policies and FAQs
PLEASE NOTE: If you need an order shipped to a different address, please DO NOT use "Note to Seller". I don't always see those in time. Send me a convo message so I see it and you are sure to get your order to the right place.
Also, if you're wanting something different (paint color, lettering, etc), Make sure you send me a message via "Custom Order". I need to make sure that I have the correct colors for you or that I'm able to do the lettering you want. DO NOT use the "Note to Seller" to do this. I don't always see the message and I need to be able to convo with you so I can make sure I get you exactly what you want.
