IT'S BEEN A LONG ROAD TO GET HERE...

For the most part of my life I was a singer/songwriter/performing artist. I started performing at age 16 and just never stopped. That is until I became disabled in 2006. This left me unable to work and/or perform. As a result, I turned to visual art and took to it lake a fish to water. I enjoy creating little worlds, whether they be inside of a resin pendant, shadow box or stand alone dioramas of various sorts. More intricate dioramas are my passion and I am almost always working on something when my health permits. In short, when I was plucked out of the life I had known by my disability, I adapted my art to accomodate my ability.

My shop now consists of mainly the odd, fun, creepy, and scary.

I also do custom pieces that usually do not carry an extra charge and can be anything you want. I've made Christmas pieces, Memorial Pieces, Rock & Roll pieces, etc. So, if you want a truly unique item you won't find anywhere else, well... just read my feedback and let my customers help you decide. If it's in your head, I'm pretty sure I can make it and am certainly willing to try.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item from my shop (whether it's due to damage during shipping or because it is simply not what you expected) there is nothing to fear. I would like to see a photo of the piece (especially if it arrived damaged as this helps me with future shippings) however you never have to send your original order back. When you contact me we will work together to come up with a plan that works best for you. These include a replacement item from my shop of comparable value, remaking your original piece, or immediately refunding your money. In the case of you simply not liking the piece, I can also make something more custom to what you want. When it comes to customer service, I'm easy!
Payment
I take PayPal and major credit cards as payment as well as U.S. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. I ship within 1-2 business day of receiving the order. Business days are Monday through Saturday.

If payment is going to be delayed for some reason, just keep in touch with me so that I know what's going on. I realize that things happen sometimes that are out of our control and am sure we can work something out.

I will also be happy to ship something for you as a gift from you to someone else. The item with be gift wrapped and I can even enclose a note for you.
Shipping
I ship quickly. I don't like waiting when I order stuff and know that you don't like to wait either. For this reason, I will have your order on it's way to you no later than the next day. If you order early enough in the morning, I often will have it shipped that same day. I do also care for my 96 year old mom who lives with me. This CAN sometimes lead to unexpected emergencies away from the studio. If shipping will be delayed for this or any other reason, I will contact you ASAP to give you the option of canceling. In the past, these incidents have only delayed shipping by a day or two.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do enjoy custom orders so feel free to run your ideas by me. Time on custom orders with vary depending on the piece you are requesting and what other projects and deadlines I already have before me. The sooner you contact me with your idea, the better the chance that I can have it in your hands by the time you need it. If you want something that is outside of my area of expertise I will do my best to hook you up with someone who may be able to help you. There are no guarantees on this, however.
