At Steamtech 1876 I try to deliver unique items made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. I strive to create interesting artifacts and relics inspired by various games and media - films, tv, etc - that I enjoy and would want to own myself as a fan.

I am also a big believer in giving back as well as paying it forward, and that's why Steamtech 1876 donates a percentage of all profits to charity. You can feel good when you purchase from Steamtech 1876 since not only are you getting a quality item that you'll cherish for years to come but you're also helping a worthy charitable cause!

Returns and exchanges
I want you to love your Steamtech 1876 item as much as I do! If you're not completely satisfied with it please contact me first and we can talk about making it right!

I accept returns and exchanges for up to 7 days after your purchase, and after you've contacted me. I do not accept returns or exchanges if I am not contacted first!

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. You will be refunded the full price of the item, however.

If you receive your item in a damaged condition please contact me asap. I will happily pay the return shipping costs and replace the item for no additional charge to you, and I'll even apologize profusely for the inconvenience!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
I accept Paypal primarily, but if you contact me first we might be able to work out alternate methods of payment. Payment must be made within 2 days of your order or it will be canceled.
All our goods are made to order and shipped via USPS. If you'd like expedited shipping contact me first and we can discuss alternate carriers, time frames, and costs.

Insurance is also available on your item if you would like. The additional cost depends on the item purchased, so please contact me to discuss rates.

The shipping charge includes all shipping and handling fees. International orders are responsible for any additional duties and customs fees beyond the standard shipping cost.
