1 out of 5 starsI ordered this product as a present in November and received it in February. After finally receiving it and opening it i found out it is broken. On top of that the seller has been ignoring my messages. Do not recommend!

1 out of 5 starsI ordered in 5th of January for wedding anniversary. I was expecting to arrive before 24th of January as it says 14 to 20 days estimated delivery time but up to now I haven't receive my order yet. So disappointing.

I requested that the seller christmas wrap it for me due to me being deployed and not being able to myself, and they did! Beautiful. My husband said it was the perfect addition to his Jack Daniel's whiskey barrel bar area.

PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders are made and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days but I do my best to make them and ship them out as early as possible.
SHIPPING INFO | DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping times are an estimate, and are not guaranteed. Holiday season or other high demand times can impact delivery times.
Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances can also contribute to delivery delays.
DELAYED AND LOST PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. You can visit your countries default shipment provider with your tracking info. However, from our side we will always do our best to provide you with a resolution.
• DELAYED PACKAGES | If your package appears to not have any new updates for some time on the tracking system, it is likely it's still on its way. It can be the result of a delay or missed scan on its route. If tracking has stopped completely, or your item says delivered but has not been, please contact your delivery service provider directly.
• LOST PACKAGES | If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact your delivery service provider. If it is confirmed to have been lost please

All our products are shipped from Malta, Europe.
Customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes may apply to orders shipping internationally. If you have concerns about this, please find out your countries rules and regulations prior to purchase.
It is most likely that you will NOT have to pay any fees but just in case you can do a Google search for: “(your country name) customs import threshold”.
These fees are NEVER included in the purchase price, and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We will NOT reimburse for the payment of any customs fees, duties, VATs, and/or import taxes.
