The coaster is good and is exactly as dipicted. It did take about 2 months for delivery, and responses from the seller took a couple days.
Primarily creating with wood but opening the doors to new technology as it comes our way!
In May of 2012 we went to a steampunk convention called Clockwork Alchemy and found our community. People who happily live in a fantasy world around technology and how the world could have been. And the imaginations began to turn.
We soon discovered "laser cutters"and "3-d printers" and nothing has been the same since.
When we decided we wanted to make steampunk items for ourselves, the first thing that came to mind was gears and it all started there.
Fast forward 3 months and Steamy Tech was born. Gears can't just stand still. They need to move and do things. We hope you enjoy our shop where the gears actually move.

Hi. I'm Lora and I'm a geek. Together with my husband Greg we design things with technology (3-D printers and laser cutters). But we love steampunk too. So we're making things that move with technology that have a steampunk feel.

I'm a computer geek through and through. But the technology of gears is so exciting. It's giving me a way to make the technology that I love tactile. The technology of 3-D printers and laser cutters allows me to create real-world moveable art.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you should have a reason to return or exchange an item, here's the details on how to do that.
Returns are accepted within seven days after delivery. Items being returned are expected to arrive in new condition (never been used). Service fees (such as for a rush order or custom order) are nonrefundable.
Exchanges work similar to returns. Within 7 days of delivery let me know that you would like to make an exchange. Items that are in new condition (never been used) are eligible to be exchanged for items of equal price. Note that if there is a different size needed, larger sizes generally cost more.
California customers will be charged the correct local sales tax rate.
Items in the US ship via USPS Priority Mail in order to provide you with tracking information and the best possible experience.
Customers buying outside the US are responsible for any fees levied by taxes or customs.
When your purchase ships, I'll email you with tracking information.
