Welcome to the enchanting and whimsical world of Steelgoddess! I am delighted to share my quirky imagination with you and hope you enjoy the many things that I have available.
I accept money orders, personal checks, Paypal and credit cards. I require payment within 7 days of purchase. Insurance is optional and recommended.
After payment is received, I will print out your shipping label within 3-5 business days. I will try to process orders sooner than later - I am also a mom to 4 wonderful kiddos and a high school art teacher which may delay me in filling orders in a more timely manner. All orders are shipped via First Class Mail. If you need an item shipped faster, please email me and I will send you an invoice with Priority Mail shipping price.
First Class Mail takes between 3-5 business days to reach you. For International Orders, I ship via USPS Intl. First Class Mail which takes between 5-7 business days.
My store is set up for you to combine shipping and receive a nice shipping discount. I charge a very reasonable low price for shipping individual and multiple sales.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND INCREASED BORDER SECURITY: Due to the increased border security, I have discovered that some of my customers are experiencing a 4 - 6 week delay in receiving their packages. Unfortunately, this is completely out of my control. My customers who live outside of the UK and Australia are more prone for these lengthy delays. Please be patient as this is out of my hands and lies with your Customs Dept.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with my product (perish the thought!) PLEASE CONTACT ME! I will gladly refund your money. You have 7 days to return the item for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping cost). Items MUST be returned to me before I will issue a refund.
When you receive the package, IMMEDIATELY open and inspect the product. If the item was damaged through shipping, please let me know and contact your local post office. Insured packages received damage must be taken up with your local post office to file your claim for a FULL REFUND of purchased price.
