The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

I’m sorry but at this time STEELGOHST cannot give out refunds or exchanges to persons outside of the European Union, please be sure before buying.

Buyers in the EU however have 14 days from receiving the item(s) to contact me about a return, return packaging/postage is payable by the buyer. Buyer will need to send the Item 'Tracked and signed for', have proof of postage & supply a tracking number.
In the case a faulty item, the buyer must return the item within 7 days.
STEELGOHST can accept credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. If you contact STEELGOHST within that time, we will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for any Items once they have been sent other than providing proof of postage (this includes any issues caused by customs or local import duties, laws etc.) In the case of Items sent 'tracked and signed' a tracking number will be provided on dispatch via email; if your item hasn't arrived within 8-10 days please contact the postal service with your tracking number. Leaving it too long may result in a held item being destroyed by the post office!
