All notecards, invitations, announcements and greeting cards available for personalization. Artwork can be selected on archival matte paper or canvas (price differences apply) in various sizes. Message me to set up a custom listing in the size or quantities you'd like prior purchasing.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. For purchases of customized products, refunds are not available after products have been approved for print.

Orders cancelled prior to proofs being received by customer, are available for a full refund. However, orders cancelled after proofs have been sent to customer are available for refund, except for $20 fee for the proof work provided.

To ensure your satisfaction, please carefully review your proof before approving it. After approvals, customers are responsible for reprinting costs due to errors. However if there is a mistake found after printing, please contact me as I will try to help in a efficient way for a solution.

Steinbeck Design currently accepts payments via Paypal.
SteinbeckDesign ships using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders normally arrive between 7-14 days after the order proof is approved (if applicable). Delays are possible depending on location, holidays, shipping schedules, or other unusual circumstances.

Please, contact me if you need a rush order. I will let you know about exact times available and shipping cost for the rush delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
Proofs for custom items are typically sent within 2 business days of purchase.

SteinbeckDesign will be closed one day each weekend and major national holidays.

Color and basic layout updates are covered as a part of the base cost of the invitations or design. However, any extensive changes (i.e. font changes, overall design change, graphic changes, etc) or multiple proof updates for preference changes are subject to additional charges starting at $10 and up.

It is important to always review your proof(s) very carefully. Once a proof has been approved for printing, SteinbeckDesign is not responsible for reprinting due to mistakes or omissions.
