Please understand that every item is made to order and shipped out within 3 weeks of purchase date.
I love working with clients on a personal level and brainstorming together to create custom designs to fit their personal style. Feel free to contact me with any questions or ideas! Allow an additional 5-7 days for custom designs.

Returns and exchanges
REGARDING Purchases
We do not do refunds or exchanges on any purchases unless its our mistake.
All items are built from scratch with reclaimed salvage materials, therefore each piece is one of a kind and will vary aesthetically. If you have a specific request regarding material convo me at the time of purchase and I will let u know if it is currently avaliable. We are not responsible if the piece you purchased is smaller or bigger than what you thought or it does not fit all the things you wanted to fit.
All purchases include installation instructions. We are not responsible if problems arise due to the buyer's inability to properly install.
With all purchases, I will do MY BEST to get your order out within the turnaround time but like any business unforeseen problems may arise causing us to exceed the estimated turnround, however, it is not grounds for a refund.
If you have a pressing deadline you must meet, it has to be discussed and approved at the time of purchase and a rush fee will apply. In the rare case your rushed item arrives late you will be reimbursed the rush fee.
If an item is exchanged for another item. The buyer is responsible for all of the additional shipping fees, from both directions, and may be subject to 10% fee
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders cannot be exchanged. This means any custom design or any request that differs from the item listing i.e. style, dimensions, color, material etc.
Payment
For custom designs, a non refundable downpayment is required prior to receiving design draft illustrations.
Shipping
We encourage you to purchase insurance for your handmade industrial decor. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damages during transit.
All packages come with tracking so that you can follow your item in the mail.
All shipping matters become buyers responsibility once tracking number is issued and package is accepted by shipping provider.
International customers
We are also not responsible for custom charges, we declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish for us to not declare the full value of the item you need to let us know. But will not be able to give back the full value of the lost or stolen item if the full amount is not declared.
