The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your item* I will gladly refund your money less shipping if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, along with any gift with purchase which I sometimes send with larger orders. Exceptions listed in next paragraph.

*Custom jewelry might not be returnable. If chain is cut for example to make your item. But please contact me to check. Exceptions to the rule may apply if otherwise agreed upon by the buyer and myself through conversation for reasons specific to each case.

Please return in original packaging if possible as well.

Exchanges may be allowed on larger orders or on small items < $15 if customer willing to pay my reshipment fee. Otherwise my shipping exchanged item would cut majority of my profit. Because I offer such good prices, and often run sales and/or coupons for return customers, I hope you understand so if ordering small items double check sizes before ordering and make sure to add your wrist and fist or neck measurement if requested for certain bracelets or necklaces. Shipping
First of all thanks for choosing Stella Bliss! I want to ensure everything goes smoothly with your delivery. Please verify the address you have on file with Etsy as that will be the address where the item is shipped. I use Etsy labels so it's an automatic process which I do not type in so if there are any errors it might be due to that.

And often times I will need to follow up on an order regarding size, especially for bracelet orders, so please make sure your email on file is a working one and check it a couple times the day of your order to see if I have sent you a question. Otherwise, it may delay your order.

I will try my best to get the item in the mail within 1-2 business days at the latest unless it is a special order or custom made! If we are having bad weather (rarely the case in NC), I will notify you via Etsy conversation if it will take me longer than that to get the package to the post office.
