Return and exchange

Our products are carefully handmade and verified before shipping. If you are not completely satisfied or products were damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible. Return shipping fees are customer's responsabilities.

"OTHER" payment method

Please note that "OTHERS" payment method is ONLY for customer who wants to pick up their order and pay in cash and have to be approuved before transaction. Any order made with "OTHERS" payment method and not meeting the above criteria will be automatically canceled.

Shipping

Orders are shipped in:
- READY TO GO items: 1-3 bussiness days
- MADE TO ORDER items: 2-3 weeks
If your order contains "Ready to go" and "Made to order" items, the order will be ship 2-3 weeks after purchase. Please note that anything will be ship until payment is cleared and confirmed.
