Hi and welcome to STELLALOLA! It is my philosophy that customer service be a priority, therefore, I will strive to provide my customers the best experience dealing with my product and shop.

I accept Paypal and money orders. If payment is not received by either method in a week, I will first try to contact the buyer before doing anything. I realize that mail does get lost regarding money orders, so all attempts will be made to secure payment before shipping.
If payment in not received within a week and there is no communication from buyer, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist item.
I ship either Priority Mail or Parcel Post, whichever is more cost effective for the customer with Delivery Confirmation so both I and the customer can track the order. Shipping occurs within a 3 day period after payment is received. I email the buyer with the confirmation number after item is shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to always provide a quality product and have that conveyed in my shop. However, I understand that sometimes buyer expectations can be different than what is portrayed in pictures and descriptions. Refunds and exchanges are offered within a 30 day period of receiving a STELLALOLA item.
I will be happy to work with the customer before any feedback is given.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am more than happy to create custom orders for clients of my shop. A custom order should take no more than two weeks to complete. If more time is needed, the customer will be notified.
