How Stem & Leaf came to be:

While young, engaged and planning my wedding, I was short on cash for the holidays. I needed to give my family a gift and didn't have a lot of extra money to splurge. I created my first family tree for my parents and in-laws, and had a great reaction from everyone. I soon started designing trees for all of my family and friends. Shortly after I had requests and cheerleaders encouraging me to sell my designs. In 2011 I opened my Etsy shop and had wonderful success selling custom work. I had to close down shop while having babies and raising littles at home, but am ready to start working & creating again.
