I accept payments through Etsy and Paypal.
I appreciate prompt payments, after which your goods will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

All items are shipped by me from the UK.
All UK orders are sent via The Royal Mail.

After payment is received your order should be posted within 1-3 business days. Please let us know if you have an important deadline.

Any orders made outside of the UK should allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, as customs on shipping is out of our control. Please let us know you've received your order and kindly leave your feedback once the item is in your hands.

-If you contact me through email I may keep these for record of our correspondence.
-In order to make a purchase you will need to disclose your name, address, payment method & email address (which you have authorized our trusted e-commerce platform to disclose to us upon purchasing) We cannot see or store your payment details which are all handled by Etsy.
-If you sign up or opted in for our newsletter on my website I will keep your email address for getting in touch about future news & information. We use MailChimp for our mailing list who are fully GDPR compliant.

We will always endeavour to maintain your privacy & will never sell or misuse your personal data.

Why it is collected

When you purchase from us we need your details to process your order & any subsequent customer support required. We are also legally required to keep records for HMRC purposes for seven years.
I share information with my selling platforms as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under Seller Policies and Terms of Use, and for those reasons only. We do not share any of your data with third parties, unless we are required to by law, or for the purposes of fulfilling your delivery with our carefully selected third party delivery partners (we only ever use compliant companies such as Royal Mail or DPD).
If you have opted in to our newsletter, only then will we occasionally market to you. You will only receive emails from ourselves & are free to unsubscribe at any time.

We take all reasonable precautions and measures to keep data secure and protected against being lost, misused or disclosed and ensure the companies we work alongside share these same high standards & commitments. In the event of a breach in security, parties involved will be notified as soon as possible.
