stephaniekan's Shop Announcement

My shop will be closed for the next few months. I just moved to Boulder, CO for graduate school. Once I start producing work, I will add new items to my store! Thanks for looking and check back in a few months!

stephaniekan's Shop Policies

My name is Stephanie Kantor. I am an artist and educator living in Kansas City, Missouri! Thank you for your time to review my shop policies!

Everything in my Etsy shop was handmade and decorated by me in the past three years. All pottery is either wheel thrown or hand built in mostly low fire, red earthenware clay. I like to use this clay because I can get bright, vivid colors at this temperature. My philosophy is more is better! I love highly decorative, painterly surfaces.

I intend for my pottery to be used! Some pieces are great as decorative elements in your home, but all of the cups, bowls, and plates are meant to be used! Try drinking your coffee or eating dinner off of a plate, I am sure you will enjoy it!

Payments are accepted through direct checkout via Etsy or Paypal. I also except Etsy Gift-cards!

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. My work is shipped extremely cautiously due to ceramic's fragile nature. Every order is wrapped with bubble wrap and surrounded with packing peanuts. This packing method guarantees safe arrival at your doorstep!

Please notify me immediately if a piece breaks during shipping, either through Etsy or email at steph.kantor [!at], for a full refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. My objects are one-of-a-kind, it is extremely difficult to replicate a piece exactly. It is possible for ceramics to break, so handle with care!

Additional Policies and FAQs

To extend the life of your piece, hand wash with care.

Please use caution when handling my work and all ceramics. My work is both dishwasher and microwave safe, unless noted, but remember this shortens the life of the piece.
