However, sometimes delays can occur due to customs, local mail, weather and other circumstances.
If there is a delay in delivery more than 15 days, please send me a mail. Your package maybe retained at your local post office.
The buyer and/or recipient is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, dues, etc. that are charged upon at the arrival or delivery of their order.
I ship worldwide from Athens, Greece via registered airmail with tracking code and signature requested at delivery.
I use new materials for the best protection of your purchase.
All items are carefully kept in cello folders, protected with cardboard and sent in a bubble wrap envelope. In case of larger sizes, items are carefully rolled and shipped in a safe box.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I am not responsible for prints that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I will replace small orders free of charge. For larger orders, items will be replaced only if you purchase an insured shipping option or pay a small fee to cover the additional cost. I ship replacements only after full six weeks of delay.
