Returns and exchanges
I will never knowingly send you defective merchandise. However, sometimes things happen in the mail, or an invisible fault may pass my notice. I will fix or replace your item if it is defective on arrival, depending on the nature of the defect. Should you need to return defective merchandise:

1. Please let me know within 30 days, BEFORE SENDING THE RETURN, or I will not be able to honor your return.
2. Once we have discussed your return, mail it back to me.
3. Within two weeks, I will send you a replacement or fixed item.
I accept Paypal and Google checkout. You may use credit cards through either of these services. I do not accept personal checks. I accept cash for in person sales only – I do not advise sending cash through the mail.

I ship all packages priority mail. All items will be shipped within 7 days, no question.

PLEASE have your Paypal and Etsy address match. If it does not match, I will ship to your Paypal address. You are responsible for getting the package from that address if it is not where you live!

If you are having your purchase sent to another address as a gift, please let me know either in comments or by convo.

DO NOT use windex to clean Acrylic jewelry! Scratches can be worked out with an acrylic polish found at your local auto shop.

Please handwash or gentle cycle all clothing. Hang to dry.

Spot clean bags.
