*Feb 1, 2023* PLEASE NOTE* We will be out of town from February 4th through February 12th. All non proofed orders placed through Feb 2 will ship on Feb 4. Orders placed after Feb 2 will be processed starting Feb 12. We will have limited access to messages so our responses will be delayed. Please pay close attention to the estimated ship by date offered by Etsy.
If you requested a proof it will be provided to you the week of February 13th. If you did not request a proof your order will be processed and produced the week of February 13th in the order in which it was received.
If you need to cancel your order please let us know and we will process the cancellation as soon as we can. We will have limited access to messages so our responses might be delayed.

Do you offer custom designs?
*updated 6/1/2020* - due to an exceptionally busy time, we are sorry to say we are not currently able to offer custom design services. We hope to be able to open this service back up in the future. Thank you for understanding.
What if I need to change something on my proof?
No problem! Our goal is to make sure YOU are happy and totally in love with your purchase! For standard orders, 3 rounds of proofs are included (First proof, plus 2 revisions). For custom designs (where additional fees are applied for custom work) we include 5 rounds of proofs. Nothing is printed without your approval.
What sizes do you carry?
This will depend on the sticker shape and design you were interested in. If you are able to expand/view the "Item Details" portion on each listing, you will see all of the sizing, quantity, and ordering information for that particular design.
How long does it take to get my proof?
Proofs are provided within 3 business days of purchase, business days are Monday - Friday. For instance, if you ordered on Friday, this would mean by Wednesday of the following week :)
Orders are printed and shipped 1 business day after approval. If we do not receive communication from you within 48 hours of the proof being sent, we will ship the order as-is. If you purchased a RUSH order, unacknowledged proofs will ship 24 hours after the initial proof is sent. These policies are to avoid unnecessary delays. We know many of you are working on tight schedules.
What if I need the text adjusted on a design?
Generally this request can be accommodated (ie. "Love is sweet" is shown as the design listing, but you need this to say "Thank you for coming!"). Additional fees may apply. Please contact us prior to checkout and we will let you know 1. if it is possible and 2. if there would be additional fees to adjust the specific design. Our designs are typeset and some are hand lettered. Please understand it takes time for us to adjust the text in these cases, and any additional fees charged would be to cover that time spent on your custom creation :)
What are your shop hours?
We are available Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm. We try our very hardest to reserve weekends for family time. If you have sent us a message Friday afternoon, please hang tight until Monday. We will respond as soon as we are back in the studio! During business days (M-F) our goal is to respond within 24 hours.
Proof Approval Policy
If you selected "yes" to proof needed, a proof will be sent to you within 3 business days (M-F) of order date. We require correspondence from you within 2 business days of this date, either approving the proof or requesting any revisions. To save time from orders shipping/arriving late, we will send out any orders as-is if you have not responded within the required 2 day timeframe. Thank you!
