We do our best to have your stickers shipped out as quickly as possible. Allow us 3 to 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) and 1 to 2 weeks during sales & peak seasons because of heavy shop traffic. Thank you.

Shipping from the Philippines using PhilPost may take from 2-3 weeks or more depending on your location. There's a possibility that it may take longer since it is mailed through regular post. BUT don’t hesitate to message me if there’s any problem or if your stickers haven’t arrived yet after 1 month. Unfortunately, since these are mailed through regular post, (registered mail) once the items are shipped I have no control over the item in transit. (we do provide tracking numbers) Arrival date will depend on your location, couriers, weather, and national holidays and may require your signature to receive it. Rest assured the wait will definitely be worth it.

This product is for personal use only. Your stickers will be shipped in excellent condition thus, we do not allow refunds or returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please don’t hesitate to let us know so we can address to any issue appropriately. If you still haven’t received your stickers 6 weeks after the shipping date, message us so we can do something about it. We do provide tracking numbers so you will be able to track the parcel's whereabouts. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however once the stickers are shipped, we have no control over its transit.

Every listing comes with a basic small commercial use license - which allows you to sell up to 100 units using the designs in that listing.

If you plan to sell more than 100 units, you are required to purchase an extended license. Licenses are listed on our shop as well.

No, our designs are not available for use on marketing materials & products as well as logos for sale.

Yes! absolutely. But only for "digital planner stickers" an as long as you include other elements to your set and not just use my PNG files as is for it may be used as design elements by other people to make their own items too. Please make sure you are using my art responsibly. thanks!
