To Exchange, when placing an order for the new item put "EXCHANGE" in the notes to seller box at checkout
After shipping a refund will be manually issued for 25% of the exchanged items*
Items do not need to be mailed back so you don't have to pay return shipping
Items can only be exchanged one time, and must be the same style (including any text) as the original order to qualify


*If the order total qualifies for free shipping before the refund, but not after refunding, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason

Cancellations must be made on the same day the order is placed

Delivery dates are estimates only as USPS, Etsy nor Stickers by Stephanie can guarantee any delivery dates, except for Priority Express.

Shipping upgrades are available in the cart and apply to shipping time only (not production time)

We don't offer rush processing for production time, but we ship orders as soon as they are completed!

Shipping Damage:
All packages are insured against damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, email us photos of the packaging and all items, and we will start the claim process. Once the claim has been approved by USPS, we will either refund or replace the items at your choice.

Application/Washing Damage:
To re a one-time replacement if your item is damaged during application or washing, email us a photo of the item, and then place a new order with "REPLACEMENT" in the notes to seller box at checkout. At the time of shipping we will refund 100% of the merchandise total only.

Order Errors:
We sincerely apologize if an error is made on your order, email us a photo of the item and we will send a replacement right away.

Lost/Delayed Packages:
A mail search request will be submitted to USPS first, then a full refund or replacement will be issued only after 15 days* from the date of mailing if the package has not marked as delivered or returned to us. *Time will be extended during holiday seasons

Orders marked as Delivered by USPS but not Received:
You must contact your local PO/mail carrier directly to check the geo-tracking data (which doesn't show on the online tracking) to verify exactly where the package was at when it was scanned, either at a wrong address or if it was marked in error and they actually still have it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end as we don't have the resources to contact Post Offices directly.
