Gloria, thank you for your feedback, I would like to clarify the listing. The actual listing title does not mention sticker packs or bundles nor does the description. With this in mind the listing photos are of 1 single sticker and as you place your order you only select a size (large or small). You selected large twice and as a result received two stickers. Perhaps the listing video caused because it showcases our inventory of stickers spread out, but this is to only show what is available in the shop. I will adjust the listings accordingly, thank you again for the feedback and I do apologize the disappointment experienced when opening the package. I hope you enjoyed the hand selected freebie.

Gentle hand washing in cool or warm water is recommended
Why isn't my decal sticking to the transfer paper?
When shipped the heat can remove the decal from the clear paper. To fix this smooth the decal down with a credit card or a spoon. Flip it over and rub the back of the decal with the card or spoon as well.
Peel the transfer paper and pay attention to how the decal lifting, smooth as needed.
Why isn't the decal coming off of the transfer paper?
It's very sticky. Make sure you place it down and rub firmly (but not too rough) onto your smooth surface with a credit card.
Have patience it will come off of the transfer paper.
If pressed for time you can use your finger and help stick the decal from the transfer paper to your surface.
Can I reuse my decal?
If you buy a PERMANENT decal, no. They are meant to stay in place.
If you buy a removable decal then there is a better chance of being able to take it off and stick it in place again. However, keep in mind removable means you can take it off without lifting paint or without using tools, not so much that the same level of sticky will remain.
Can I reuse my sticker?
Depends on where you stick it.
For example when you stick it on a wall (aka a surface with texture) it's easy to remove but if you stick it on your table (smooth surface) it will adhere much stronger.
Can I use removable decals in/on my car?
You can because it's vinyl and it will stick onto your mirrors and windows.
However, when outside the decal is exposed to extreme heat from the car as well as weather, this will interfere with how long the vinyl will stick to the surface.
Can I use my holographic sticker outdoors?
It's not recommend.
The sticker can be exposed to outside conditions but overtime it will reduce the effect and the sticker will not look as it would have indoors.
Can I place hot beverages in the glass?
Yes.
However it's never recommended to place a hot cup on a cold surface because it can crack the glass.
