Returns and exchanges
Returns on custom items are not accepted if the error was not made on my part. Please check any written details that you forward to me for customized items.
Although the upmost care is taken to package your purchase . . . It is always a possibility that damages may occur in transit. If that is the case, please contact me ASAP so the necessary arrangements can be made.
A refund or exchange is offered for products returned in its original condition provided that I am contacted within one week of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you do not receive your order, you will have 30 days after purchase date to request a full refund. Partial refunds on purchases are offered up to 45 days after purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me ASAP.
Just a reminder, each monitor is set at a personal preference. Colours may vary due to this.

Payment
For British Columbia Customers: As per usual . . . the HST tax rate of 12% will be added to your purchase.
For Ontario Customers: As per usual . . . the HST tax rate of 13% will be added to your purchase.
Shipping
I try to make sure that your order is shipped out within 3 days of accepted payment.
All purchases are parceled in either a rigid stay flat mailer, a bubble mailer or mailing tube. Please know that your items are handled with care.
The shipping fee includes the cost involved with processing, packaging and shipment of your purchase. All parcels will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise arranged upon your request.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame to orders outside of Canada due to possible custom delays at your border. If you are buying for a special date, please order early.
As with all my orders, I will get it in the mail to you ASAP for your special someone.
