We accept payment through Paypal or bank transfer and expect all payments to be made within 2 working days of purchase.

Currently we are based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and ship worldwide. We use a standard postage rate for all jewellery items, although insurance and tracking can be added by request. Please note, if insured shipping is not requested upon purchase, we can not take responsibility for items lost by the postal service.

We endeavour to dispatch all of our items within 48 hours, although it can take up to 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you would like definitive production and shipping times, or require a rush order.

Items are shipped with Post NL Priority Air Mail, which although is reliable, does NOT offer a tracking service. If you would like your item to be sent with tracked mail, please get in touch so that this upgrade can be purchased. Average estimated shipping times are 2-5 business days within Europe, 3-10 business days to Canada and USA and 4-12 business days to Australia and New Zealand.

Although we would expect items to arrive within the estimated times, please allow up to 30 business days, as occasionally items can be flagged for additional security checks on international postage, which is unlikely, but unavoidable.
