4 out of 5 starsI really love the pattern and the seller is super helpful and efficient. I would give 5 stars but I did not realize (my own fault) that the pattern prints out on 3 pages instead of one, something I dislike.

5 out of 5 starsLove your work -- was so excited to receive my patterns today! I love that talented artists are coming up with contemporary, edgy designs that aren't "your grandma's cross stitch!" n nGracious seller; great communication; worth the time and money! n nThanks again, Jacinta!

Contemporary cross stitch patterns for rebels (and the rest of us)
There was a time when I loved cross stitching, then a time when I loved cross stitch but was embarassed to say so. It may be that that coincided with the discovery of boys. It may also be that I spent some time then distracted away from stitching.
When I found my way back, I discovered that the patterns around hadn't changed at all in the time I'd been gone. There were landscapes, there were fairies, there were kittens and flowers and teddy bears.
There was nothing at all that appealed to me. Well, okay, there may have been a dragon or two.
So I started designing my own and after a while found a style I loved - graffiti art. While I'm still perfecting my tagging skills, my black book sketches form the basis of the Stitchalicious patterns.
Maybe one day I could get Banksy to stitch one?

Once upon a time a mother tried to teach her daughter knitting - and failed. Then sewing - and failed. Cooking? Well, it's questionable. But embroidery - that was my thing. And it all started with cross stitch.
