It's sunny here, even when it's raining

A few years ago I started making decoupage items. I loved using paper napkins for their texture and patterns, but couldn't find a supplier where I could purchase just one or two of each type. I had a lightbulb moment and StitchBomb was born.

One day I may list my own mixed-media art and decoupage items. Many of those will definitely include some stitching and then the "stitch" in StitchBomb will make more sense :)

I had an exciting and demanding career in IT but gave it up when my son was born. I wanted to spend time with him and have a more relaxed lifestyle. I joined Etsy in 2008 and this is my third shop. I love being part of this inspiring and creative community - both sellers and buyers.

I live in Auckland, New Zealand. It's sunny here, even when it's raining. I'd like that to be the atmosphere in my shop too and it is what I strive for. Returns and exchange details
You may return any non-digital items for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item but shipping is your responsibility. Once I have received the returned item in good condition, I will refund.

If your order is not delivered I will refund or replace once the item is considered "lost in the post". This timeframe is after 30 days from shipping for international and 7 days national.

Digital files are not refundable.

Payment is by PayPal, direct checkout or Etsy gift cards. If you don't have a PayPal account you may still purchase using your credit card through PayPal.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER GO OUT?
I ship items within three business day at the latest.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
It can take 2-3 weeks to reach international destinations, but it is usually much quicker. Most people in the US and Europe receive their goodies in a week or two. Australian orders normally take between 3-5 days and NZ is next day or two days depending on your location.

WHAT IF MY ITEM GOES MISSING?
There is no tracking on items sent by International Air. However, the New Zealand postal network is extremely reliable so the items should reach you without a problem. Sometimes there are delays due to customs, or at holiday peak times. I will refund or replace once the item is considered "lost in the post". This timeframe is after 30 days from shipping for international and 7 days national.

Shipping of digital items are available through instant download. If you do not receive your email within 5 or 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
