Shop policies
I took two years off from my Etsy shop to focus on a brick and mortar store, but I'm BACK!!! I am so excited to be back to focusing on my very first business venture- my Etsy shop! I enjoyed my time in the "real world," but the flexibility and creativity offered by this venue just cannot be beat! I began this shop back in 2011 when my daughter was still a baby. As my kids get older (10 & 7 now?!?!) and busier, I've realized flexibility is where it's at for myself and my family. Please bear with me as I build my shop inventory back up!
You can expect prompt responses from me during school hours, but please realize that during evenings and weekends, my family comes first. Assume that you won't get a speedy response during these times. Sometimes I may be able to hop on and answer some messages, but I'd rather you be pleasantly surprised than disappointed!

Returns and exchange details
For any order that appears to be lost, please allow at least two weeks (3-4 during peak holiday season) from the date of shipment to be sure it is not going to show up. After that, if we cannot get satisfaction from the USPS, we will work together to decide on a fair solution. If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, there will be no replacements or refunds based upon a claim of a lost package.
Please remember you are purchasing a handmade item and thus, there will be slight varying from one item to another- this is what makes handmade items unique! I will always do my best to create exactly what it is you order. However, if you feel you received something other than what you ordered, please contact me so we can work together to rectify the situation in the fairest way possible.
Payment
At times, I offer coupon codes to new and existing customers via my Facebook page. You must be a fan of the page to receive these offers. Applying the coupon code at check-out is the customer's responsibility. If you forget, please understand I am unable to issue a refund or cancel the sale!!!
Shipping
If your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please remember I cannot control the USPS. However, I am happy to either send a replacement or issue a refund IF you to send documentation of the damage via photo(s). You MUST contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date/ time provided by the USPS in order to make a claim for replacement or refund.
