I accept all major credit cards through my pay pal account. You do not need an account of your own to use this service. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase and please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I will ship to the address on your pay pal account (if you have an account) or any other address you desire.

I request that payment is made within 24 hours unless there is a prearranged alternative. I will contact the buyer if I don’t receive payment within 24 hours and reserve the right to cancel a sale and re-list an item if payment is not received within 48 hours

Money Orders: I accept this form of payment, but please be aware that this will delay shipment of your items. All payments must clear before I ship out any items.

**Upon receipt of payment, I will send you a confirmation email followed by shipment information.
I will ship priority mail USPS unless other arrangements are made between us.
All stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. I do my best to ship your items within 24 hours of payment received. You will receive a message when items ships from me. I use tissue paper, packing paper and bubble wrap to insure the safety of the glassware in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work very hard to keep you satisfied with my items, but if you are unhappy for some reason please let me know within a week of arrival. I do not give refunds but I will try my best to work something out with a store credit or exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipment.

If something arrives broken I will replace the broken glass at no charge given pictures of the broken items are provided for filing a claim with USPS. I must be notified of a broken glass item when the package arrives.

If you need to cancel a transaction for any reason there is a $10 cancelation fee for the transaction process.
