Hi! Stitches 'n Rows is run by two friends who love dabbling in the fiber arts. We hope to have hand dyed fiber, yarn, and other goodies.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
We will accept returns/exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. We will NOT refund shipping costs - only the cost of the item will be refunded.
Payment
We gladly accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 business days of purchase - if you need more time, please convo us and we will work something out, otherwise, after 3 days, the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
We ship USPS Priority or First Class Mail with Delivery confirmation for domestic orders. International shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis.
We will ship to the address provided by Paypal. If you need items shipped to a different address, please put it in a note or convo us with the updated information. We love helping out with secret pal swaps.
We cannot be responsible for lost parcels after they leave our possession.

We both dye at our respective homes which are cat and dog friendly. We use either SOAK or Eucalan to rinse our fibers.
Colors:
Different monitors can show colors differently. We will always to accurately portray the colors, but the actual yarn or roving may be slightly different than what is seen on your monitor.
Custom spinning:
If you see fiber you like but aren't a spinner, please don't hesitate to ask about custom spinning.
