    Welcome to my shop of colorful and (mostly) practical items.

    I have a smoke free home. My materials (like fabric and yarn) and finished products are stored in plastic tubs and bags to keep them dust free and away from the cats.

    Returns and exchanges
    I would hope that everyone loves their purchase but if you don’t, you can return it. Send me a convo to tell me what's the problem and why you need to make a return. After that, all I ask is that you return it postmarked within 10 business days and that it arrives back here in the same unused condition that I sent it out in (my discretion). If that’s the case, I’ll refund the full cost of the item (minus all shipping costs).
    Payment
    PayPal only.
    Shipping
    I make every attempt to send out the package within two business days of cleared payment.

    If the addresses in PayPal and Etsy are different I'll probably send you an Etsy convo to make sure I'm shipping to the right place.

    I ship using the US Post Office with Delivery Confirmation. If you’d like something shipped Priority or Overnight, send me a note for the shipping cost.

    I have no control over the postal service so if you're concerned, please ask about purchasing insurance. I take the time to make sure each package has the best chance of getting to you in excellent shape but unfortunately I can't determine what might happen once it's out of my hands.

    On some items I may require insurance which will be clearly stated in the item description.

    I’m happy to try to combine orders to save on shipping. Please contact me right after your purchases so I can do the combined invoice.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

    Shipping internationally is no problem but it might take a few days longer to ship while I figure out customs forms and deal with the post office.
