🎁 Do you take custom orders?
I take small customized orders! If your request falls under the following, please send me a message through Etsy to work out the details:
🌿 the fern and pet bed accessories by themselves (e.g. you want more ferns for your dino herd)
🌿 slight modification to an existing item (e.g. orange triceratops but with a winter hat)
🌿 an existing item in a color that I have already (e.g. triceratops in the light green color used for the fern, or a blue pet bed)
🚚 Can I get a bulk discount / do you sell wholesale?
Sorry, no bulk discounts. Each item is hand crocheted, so it takes just as long to make each item whether you order 2 or 12! If you want to place an order of items in a quantity slightly higher than what's available through the shop at the moment (e.g. there are 2 listed as available but you'd like 6), please send me a message to work out a listing and timeline.
🛍 A promotion or sale started after I purchased something. Can you retroactively apply it to my order?

🚚 Can I send you a shipping label to use with my order?
Sorry, I only ship with USPS labels purchased through my Etsy account.
If you would like to place an order with expedited shipping like USPS Priority Mail Express, send me a message with
- the exact items you'd like to order
- the address it would be delivered to and
- what day you want to receive it by / what USPS service you'd like to upgrade to
and if I am able to fulfill the order, I can create a custom listing for it.
🗺 Do you ship internationally?
Existing listings ship within the US and territories only, but I'm happy to get you a quote for shipping to another country! Send me a message with the items you are interested and the country and postal code to ship to for a quote on shipping, and if that works for you I will put up a custom listing.
