Do you custom-make and/or personalize orders of digital products?
No, unfortunately my current schedule does not allow me to customize digital products.
Do you sell finished products?
I am currently focusing on selling digital products. However, I have some finished products that I will post soon.
Can I sell the finished item after I create it according to your patterns?
Yes, you can sell your stitched work -however mass production is not allowed, and as long as you give the design credit to Perry Abdel-Hadi.

I've found an error in a pattern!
Although all due care is taken to create patterns with no errors, I am only human! If you discover an error in any of my products, please contact me with details about it, so I can fix the pattern for everyone. I undertake to resolve all errors within a timely manner, and will send you a fresh replacement PDF as soon as possible, with the correction made in it.
When I print, the graph lines are faded!
This is due to your printer running low on toner and resulting in patchy ink coverage. Change your printer toner cartridge to see strong graph lines again, or alternatively, print the pattern at a copy shop.
I can't print my PDF files!
All patterns are only instant download.
If you have downloaded your files and you can't print them please check if you use the latest version of Adobe reader. Updating will help solve the problem.
Regarding Exchange Of Finished Products
In order to make my customers feel special, all my finished products are unique one of a kind individual handmade items with no duplicates.
So please choose carefully as it will not always be easy to exchange the original item with another due to limited availability.
