Returns and exchange details

If you're not happy with your item for any reason please let me know and we'll work something out. All of my items are made by hand so they will all vary slightly from what's pictured. This is the wonderful thing about handmade goods. All ceramic items are shipped as carefully as can be but if something arrives damaged please let me know and we'll figure something out.

Shipping

I ship any day of the week (except Saturday and Sunday) and to anywhere in the world. Most orders ship within 2-3 days of payment. If you have a particular question about shipping, please convo me. I will ship to the address you have listed on your Etsy account unless otherwise specified. Please make sure that your address is up to date, I want your goodies to get to you safely!
