Poor service. I have tried the contact the shop a couple times to no response. First, it took 6 weeks to ship our order. Then we received it, the quality was just ok, it came so last minute that we had to give it as a groomsman gift anyway - only to break on the first use!

I loved my original tie bar, but when I ordered a new one the shop never responded and I am having trouble getting my money back. Do not order anything from them unless you establish contact first to verify they are still in business. I still don't have my money back

It's beautiful! But, it took over twice as long to ship as expected (although once it was shipped, it was quick!) And the owner didn't respond to my inquires about the delay.
