Handmade goods are subject to subtle variations that make them unique. I take care to give detailed information so that descriptions match the item purchased.

I am happy to accept returns for exchange only on listed items not found satisfactory. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and neither shipping to or from the buyer will be refunded.

Please note: While I will accept returns for exchange on all my jewelry, I replace ALL earwires before any items are listed for resale due to health reasons. You may be assured that any earrings you purchase will always include UNWORN earwires.

I accept credit payments through Etsy direct checkout and PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.

Please note that if you utilize the eCheck payment option through Paypal, this means that your payment will generally take 3-5 days to process AFTER your order has been placed - this may delay shipping times.

I ship items to your Etsy address.

For premade orders, I will ship within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment.

For single made to order items, the item will be made and shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment.

6% sales tax for purchase within Pennsylvania is included in purchase price.

For custom orders, a deposit or payment in full before undertaking of the project may be required - a contract will be drawn and and must be mutually acceptable to both parties.

Custom order timelines will be managed on a case basis, clearly outlined by me with buyer understanding before the undertaking of the custom work, and items shipped within the agreed upon time frame.

In the event that your order cannot be completed for unforeseen reasons (i.e. my house burns down, I lose a limb...), I will first contact you, then refund payment in full.

I ship via USPS First Class Mail. I include delivery confirmation for all domestic shipping, and a tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email on the date of shipment. I am happy to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail, but this does cost an additional fee - please contact me prior to purchase if you require expedited shipping.

I am happy to ship any items with insurance or confirmation (to be paid by the buyer), just request this service in the note to seller. Monies for insurance or confirmation must be paid before items will be shipped, if requested.

All items are artfully packaged and arrive suitable for gift giving. I take care to use recycled materials in my packaging as much as possible. If you prefer less packaging for environmental reasons, please let me know in note to seller and your item will arrive with as little packaging as feasible for safe shipment.

I am happy to consider custom orders, although at busy production times may sadly have to decline. Please convo me for to discuss any proposals for custom work. See above for policies regarding payment and returns on custom items.

I do not offer wholesale orders. Consignment may be considered.
