LIFE UPDATE: Our Silver Maiden Kloe has had her little bundle of joy and has stepped away from the bench for a little bit. That being said, sterling silver customs are closed and all Pre Made Sterling Silver Items will be back up in January 2025!

5 out of 5 starsI ordered at least 5 of each candle in ever scent and color. I also bought gold and silver ones. The scents are lovely and not over powering. Each set was packed so neatly and safely in the box. I love the wrapping on each bundle with the little descriptors of what each candle can be used for. The hand written note and the small tea light were a beautiful addition from the sellers. 1000/10 would buy from this shop again!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come gift wrapped with a free gift!
Shipping
• All Orders come with Tracking / Stickers are sent by Regular Mail.
• The Stone Maidens are NOT responsible for stolen or lost merchandise.
•We ship to the address on your Etsy Account. Please update your address to the correct shipping address! If an item is sent to a wrong address because your Etsy address is not updated, we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your item.
• It takes us an average of 3-5 business days to pack up your order and drop it off to the post office. (Not including customs) Shipping speed & accuracy is out of our control once the item has been shipped.
Care instructions
Our jewelry is for the most part dainty which means it is also delicate. Please have some common sense with the caring for your jewelry.
Do not swim, shower or get any of the jewelry wet. Store the items in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box/bag. Avoid rough handling.
Avoid cleaning your jewelry with any cleaning solution, rather use a damp cloth and thoroughly dry, if needed.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us as soon as you receive it. Exchanges will only be issued on items that are sent back within 3 days and returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless otherwise arranged in writing) as well as Paypal and Etsy fees accumulated.
In a rare event that an item was damaged during shipping, or misrepresented based on the listing, the item will be assessed on a per case basis.
