Payments are due within 5 days of placing an order. After those 5 days if payment has not been made, I will send a message to remind about making payment or cancel transaction if I don't get response.
To cancel a purchase or order, please contact me within 3 days. No cancelations after 3 days (items are made to order).

+++ MOST items are shipped Priority US mail +++
Orders purchased within the USA will be shipped with delivery confirmation & tracking number. If you want to upgrade from first class mail to registered or insurance, please contact me first.
++ Shipping time is generally 2 WEEKS from day of payment or cleared payment++
++Because all my items are made to order and handmade, there may be times where I will have large quantities of orders or work at once and your order may take a few extra days to ship. Please be patient and if you want an update on your order just contact me++
