Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal and credit card.

I will ship your order to the address listed in the "SHIP TO" section on your ETSY receipt or Paypal, depending on your checkout method. Please make sure the address you provide is correct.
Shipping
Images ship directly from my professional print lab, and leave the facility 48-72 hrs after an order is placed. Prints are shipped US Priority mail WITH tracking. Delivery times are normally 3 to 5 business days. Calendars and Cards are shipped within 48-72hrs via first class mail and will typically arrive within 5-7 days.

Print orders are shipped from Missouri, Calendars and Note Cards are shipped from Massachusetts. Prints are professionally packaged and sealed to ensure safe arrival and are inspected by a technician prior to departing the lab. Note cards are shipped inside cello package to protect against moisture, dust or other damage and shipped in a protective mailer. Calendars are shipped in a protective mailer.

You will receive a shipment notification when your item has shipped which will contain a tracking number.

**Please note that these are only guidelines. Packages can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive under the following conditions: increased volume of mail around the holidays and inclement weather**
Additional policies and FAQs
CUSTOM LISTINGS FOR COMPLICATED ORDERS:
If you are purchasing a variety of items, such as small prints combined with large prints, or combined with calendars and note cards, I recommend that you request a custom order so that I can calculate the shipping more accurately and create a custom listing for you. Etsy calculates the shipping automatically when you add items to your cart, but sometimes you will be overcharged or undercharged when combining items. If you purchase multiple items without a custom order and the shipping cost is not accurate, I will contact you.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
I follow Postal guidelines and will consider a package lost if it hasn't arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. During the holidays, packages can take longer and I ask that you wait 7 weeks. I ship replacements only after the full six weeks. If your order arrived damaged, please take a photograph and contact me via ETSY "conversation" or email stroeidlens [!at] gmail.com
